Melting Potatoes

Tried a different way to make taters...cross between roasted and mashed. They're crunchy outside and soft and creamy inside! I added extra white onions, pinch of chives, parsley, and LIL pinch of Italian seasoning. 500 degree oven, so TURN as recipe calls for and I'd add the garlic last 15-20 minutes as it will burn during the high heat. Obviously use a metal pan as glass will break!!!

Scott's asking me for an encore...I'll oblige but ANOTHER trip to the market ugh! :roll: :P
