Prescription Glasses

Post by NatalieKelly » Wed Oct 23, 2019 8:50 pm

Over the years I’ve spent hundreds on new glasses as my prescription changes each year, trying to save money so may look online! Has anyone bought prescription glasses online before? If yes, were they any good and how did they fit? I’m worried they wouldn’t fit me properly!

Natalie, I buy my glasses online and never have had a problem. I wear progressive lenses and have been quite fortunate on my online experience. I purchase them from EyeBuydirect.com. They have tutorials on how to properly measure your pupil distances and on how to measure your facial structure, as well as, glasses themselves. You can also upload a pic of yourself and "fit" your selection of frames to your face to see if you like how they look on you. Their return policy is also pretty good, although I and my hubby have not needed to use. My glasses, if purchased at store would have costed around $700, through EyeBuy they were $160 U.S. dollars. We have been very happy with them and will continue to use them.

Hope that helps.... :)

I also, would like to add, spending any amount of time in front of a screen such as tv, computer, phone and ipad, please consider getting the blue light filter on your lenses. It's worth its weight, protecting your eyes is number one...I, myself, have notice a huge reduction of stress related headaches and eye fatigue...good luck.
